How do I return my online purchase?
For items purchased online within the last 30 days that you wish to return or exchange, simply fill out our Contact Us form. Please make sure to include your order number, and list the items you wish to return, and we’ll reply with instructions on what to do next.
Purchases can easily be returned by mail to our mailing address.
Please note that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable. Please allow at least three weeks for your exchange to be processed; you will receive an email confirmation once your exchange has been processed.
What should I do if my order is wrong, damaged or incomplete?
If there is a problem with your order, please fill out our Contact Us form. You can also reach our Customer Experience team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 5pm EST on Saturday and Sunday.
Please note that it may take us longer than usual to reply during especially busy periods.
